Expanding on our trusted HLA series, the HLA Pro adsorption dryers offer 26 options available and suitable for installations with temperatures from -10°C to +50°C*. Further building on the customer-favorite features of the base HLA series, the Pro version boasts:  

  1. New long-life switching and purge valves with extended service intervals 

  1. Easily accessible control air solenoid valves with push to test feature 

  1. Maintenance reminders alert shown in the controller’s display 

 

As well as several optional features: 

  • IP65 electrical enclosure 

  • Energy Management System (EMS) with dew point display 

  • Class 1 - 70°C dew point 

  • Three-valves bypass 

  • Fail-to-shift alarm w/ electronic pressure monitoring 

  • Stainless steel control air Tubing 

  • High-efficiency pre-filter and after-filter 

 

 

*Performances refer to air suction of FAD 20°C (68°F), 1 bar (14.5 psig), and the following operating conditions: 7 bar (100 psig) working pressure, -40°C (-40°F) pressure dew point, 25°C (77°F) ambient temperature, 35°C (95°F) compressed air inlet temperature. NPT connections are available on request.
