CHR liquid coolers are used in several industrial applications; they guarantee process liquids cooling against low energy consumption. Taking advantage of the air generated by the fans, CHR coolers can supply outlet water at 5°C higher than ambient temperature.

- All the coolers, using the free cooling principle, are devices without any refrigerant gas
Efficiency
- Cooling coils with copper pipes and aluminium fins, entirely designed by OMI, to ensure maximum exchange efficiency for all the Series
- High efficiency suction fans and low consumption pumps for all the Series
Versatility
- The smaller coolers series is used in wood industries, welding plants or small laboratories
- The medium series is suitable for cooling welders and spot welders, spindles, and for all industrial applications that require liquid cooling at temperature not lower than the ambient one
- High power coolers are suitable for industrial applications that require high powers, such as the plastic industry or steel mills. Recommended for cold Countries, for energy costs reduction. Without pump and tank version are suitable to reduce the consumptions if supplied with energy saving chiller
- Robust design and low noise
- Robust frame, with a small footprint, suitable for various installation
- The refrigerators ensure a reduced noise level, below 80 dB, suitable for installation in standard working environments
Easy maintenance
- All units are equipped with quick removable panels and carefully positioned components for easy inspection and maintenance
- All circuit critical components are equipped with alarmed controllers
- Operational and diagnostic information that can be accessed locally or remotely (Option Modbus Protocol available for all the models)
